Astagia, a medical-social ERP for monitoring users in social and medico-social establishments
From medical records to adapted training programs or career plans, this software, designed for the healthcare and social services sector, allows for the consolidation of all the necessary elements to monitor and manage the journey of users in vocational rehabilitation establishments and services (ESRP, ESPO, and other ESMS).
This is a significant challenge for ESRPs (Etablissements et Services de Réadaptation Professionnelle), institutions that train and support people with disabilities: they must simultaneously monitor the administrative situation, medical records, training, and personalized support plans of their users. In other words, they must manage and evaluate the journey of the people they serve, in all its dimensions. The Astagia software suite, published by AB6, precisely addresses this need. This collaborative web platform allows various stakeholders (management, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, doctors, trainers, social workers, etc.) to access all the necessary information and communicate with each other. They can thus monitor the daily needs of users (or trainees), their progress, and any difficulties they encounter. This results in significant time savings: no re-entry, no tedious searching. Everything is just a click away, organized on a single, constantly updated, and, above all, secure interface (the data is hosted on the private cloud of AB6, an HDS-certified company).
This tool complies with the requirements of the Ségur health plan. The platform is also characterized by its modular and scalable design. “We can adapt it at any time to our clients’ requests and their evolving needs, because the platform allows for the direct design of new functionalities, without any technical expertise, while still benefiting from basic features such as the alert system, triggers, document generation, and scheduling,” emphasizes Benoit Du Puy, Associate Director of AB6. Gradually, Astagia has expanded: the platform now covers almost all the activities of a social and medico-social establishment (ESMS). This includes assessment modules, personalized support pathways, summaries and reports, and multi-party exchanges. The establishment’s team can also make a number of adaptations themselves—creating new functionalities, obtaining statistics, etc. If needed, they can receive support from the AB6 teams. As a result, Astagia is experiencing growing success among ESMSs. Today, 10 to 15% of the French national vocational rehabilitation centers (ESRP-ESPO) are equipped with it. And the rate climbs to 30% in the Paris region.

“We were looking for a certified, secure, and easy-to-use tool that would centralize all the information on our 600 trainees,” explains Alain Ihler, CIO of the Ambroise Croizat Association (AAC), which comprises three vocational rehabilitation centers. “Since September 2022, we have been using Astagia, which allows us to track the Individualized Support Plan (DUI*) for each user and to have small modules available for each instructor.” “Like the MPS professionals, trainers have their own space to record their educational support, internships, or the progress of the Personalized Support Project (PAP)… As for the migration to the new platform, it went very smoothly – starting with the administrative data. “Admittedly, there was some initial reluctance,” acknowledges François Peyronnet, the Association’s project manager. “But the possibilities are far more extensive than on our old in-house application that we used previously – with the added bonus of improved usability. Today, the feedback from our staff is very positive. Not to mention that with Wi-Fi, they can move around the facility while remaining connected to Astagia.” »
