Olivier Geoffroy is appointed Managing Director of Maincare

The Executive Committee of Maincare, a subsidiary of Docaposte, is delighted to announce the appointment of Olivier Geoffroy as Chief Executive Officer. This appointment follows the acquisition of Maincare by Docaposte, a subsidiary of the La Poste Group, in March 2023, and is part of the group’s new healthcare strategy, which will be announced on October 18. Olivier Geoffroy will take the helm of the digital health software company on October 23, 2023.

After studying engineering and a 10-year career in industry, Olivier Geoffroy moved into the healthcare sector in 2006, joining Siemens Health Services as head of the CP-Sys agency. Under his leadership, his team deployed the DOPA-SOINS electronic patient record system in approximately one hundred private clinics.

In 2011, while serving as Chief Information Officer of the Clinique Pasteur in Toulouse, France’s leading private healthcare institution renowned for its medical excellence, digital innovation, and social and environmental responsibility policy, he joined its management committee.

In 2021, Olivier Geoffroy joined the Clinique Rive Gauche in Toulouse, France’s second-largest private maternity hospital, as CEO. Concurrently, in 2021, he co-founded the startup Yooli, a digital solution for patient care and monitoring, with the new Chief Information Officer of the Clinique Pasteur, after raising €2 million in funding.

Olivier Geoffroy’s appointment as CEO of Maincare aligns with the roadmap established by Dominique Pon, Deputy CEO of Docaposte and Director of Health and Autonomy for the La Poste Group. Olivier Geoffroy’s mission will be to strengthen Maincare’s position as the national leader in the digital health market by accelerating the modernization of its solutions and enhancing customer support and satisfaction.

Olivier Geoffroy’s in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, his insightful leadership, and his innovative vision for digital health will be strategic assets in making Maincare a cornerstone of Docaposte’s healthcare offering, the software publisher’s parent company.
