No more long minutes spent on the phone trying to find the right bed. From now on, referring facilities can share their needs with a network of public and private partners developed by the company. The referring physicians then validate the transfer using the dedicated application. The patient’s detailed, anonymized profile helps them make their decision.

“We complement existing bed management solutions”

While this innovation simplifies the work of bed managers, it is not intended to manage beds internally. “The solution doesn’t manage capacity resources; it only handles patient transfers within and outside the hospital group,” explains Rémi Moreau. This application therefore saves time and improves accuracy, while also fostering connections between public and private stakeholders in areas where they sometimes operate in silos. In addition to being an essential daily tool, the data provided by the application is crucial for implementing healthcare policy across the region. “We provide statistics that allow us to better understand existing partnerships and agreements, but above all, to have concrete data for discussions with regulatory bodies,” explains Rémi Moreau.
